Make Your Own Binoculars

We like to re-use before recycling at WWT Castle Espie. With this in mind we’d like you to bring along two old toilet roll or kitchen roll tubes and we’ll help you turn them into some very snazzy binoculars.

Please bring two per person and, once we’ve shown you how, enjoy customising and personalising your very own pair with our arts materials. It’s then time to head out on to the reserve if you wish to test them out by viewing the spectacular wildlife around the place.

Every Sunday afternoon in July and August from 2-4pm drop in session in the centre building.

Normal admission to our reserve applies.
