Omagh High School Present – Matilda the Musical JR

Omagh High School is delighted to announce their return to the Strule Arts Centre stage with their production of ‘Matilda The Musical JR. Omagh High School’s fabulous cast are ready and willing to face the wrath of headmistress, Miss. Trunchbull in order to tell the story of a little girl who dreams of a better life.

Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence…and special powers! She’s unloved by her parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. The children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the “revolting children” who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.

Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs such as Naughty and When I Grow Up, Matilda JR. promises to be a feel-good show, spreading positivity and the message that anything is possible with the right attitude and a little imagination.
