Step into a land of fantasy and come face-to-face with the mystical Creatures of Phoenix Island at W5
With the last few weeks of the holidays approaching, we took a trip to W5 in Belfast to squeeze in some more adventure before we start getting organised for the kids to go back to school.
As soon as we arrived, we headed straight to Level 4 to the Creatures of Phoenix Island exhibit which we couldn’t wait to explore. With a talking tree, a giant unicorn and even bigger dragons, the exhibit offered the right mix of suspense and excitement for the kids as they treaded carefully around every turn.
Creatures of Phoenix Island exhibit is free with admission into W5, so after this we went on to explore the rest. I don’t know about you, but my kids could stay here all day.
After a few fun hours of building castles, enjoying the climbing experience, learning about nature and being in awe of the optical illusions, I had to coax them out with the promise that we’d visit again.
For us, W5 is a great day out – educational, fun and engaging for all, even the adults!
