Belfast is hosting an extended festival to compliment it’s dazzling St. Patrick’s Day parade on 17 Mar with costume, music and dance and cross-community participation.
As a UNESCO City of Music this year’s celebrations will showcase our traditional musical heritage with a Trad Trail, a music weekend in Cathedral Quarter plus headline concerts Belfast Cathedral, Ulster Hall and The MAC.
Seachtain na Gaeilge events will also take place across the city including the Spraoi Cois Lao Irish Language Family Fun Day on 9 March in Custom House Square.
