LEGO fans get ready! The opening of Belfast’s first-ever LEGO store is arriving later this month with a special guest appearance.
The store will officially open to the public at 9:00am on Thursday 28th August with the ribbon cutting event being attended by Shweta Munshi, Vice President of Marketing LEGO Retail at the LEGO Group, and Dáithí Mac Gabhann, Northern-Ireland- based organ donation campaigner, known for inspiring a change in organ donor laws.
LEGO fans will get to enjoy a variety of immersive experiences with the new store featuring a ‘Pick a Brick Wall,’ allowing customers to choose the exact pieces they need for their creations.
It will also offer free build challenges and events each month, and a ‘Build a Minifigure Tower’, where customers will be able to pick from a mix and match selection of bottoms, tops, heads, hair pieces and accessories to customise Lego minifigures.
The Belfast branch will be LEGO’S 21st store in the UK.
